Moonlight has always been the best lab around for the quality printing from the files that either color corrected by clients or the one that gets corrected at lab. We are proudly the choice of the paper manufacturers companies such as Kodak and Fuji. Any time they develop a new paper and needs to have them tested prior to be manufactured and released to the market Moonlight Color Lab is one of their choices. They always trusted our printing system as our clients did. We offer prints that are made on traditional photographic paper (silver halide) and as Inkjet.

Silver Halide Technology

Under this category we use photographic color and b&w papers that are made using silver halide technology (traditional photographic papers). To produce images on these materials we either use our KODAK SRP30 printer or DURST LAMBDA 76 based on the size of the final prints. In this category we print from 2.5x3.5 all the way up to 30"x140'. Based on technical information from Fuji USA, the longevity of the prints that are made using this technology is 75 years.

Inkjet Technology

Under this category we use Inkjet materials to output images on different variety of medias available in the market such as Matt, Glossy and Satin as well as canvas materials. We print up to 64 inches wide with this system.

After having color and density balanced for each individual image it gets rendered for the requested print size and forwarded to to our HP Latex 360 printer using HP Vivera Pigment Inks-water resistant material. This printer is capable of using 6 colors with maximum of 1200 dpi. Prints that are made on canvas can be shipped to you as gallery wrapped in several different thickness, or as is that comes out of the printer.
